class or workshop ideas
1. Bring out the best in your child.
10 great ways to bring out the best in your child.
1. The advantages to using positive communication:
what words, tone of voice, and body language.
2. What are the strengths of your child. Ways to capitalize on your child's positive attributes.
3. complimenting and focusing on what the child is doing right.
4. emphasize what you want the child to do. For ex. Tell the child to please be quiet, instead of yelling at the child and say stop talking so loudly. You are always so loud. You do not know how to be quiet. After awhile the child will begin to believe that they do not know how to be quiet and that they are always loud. Where, as saying to the child please be quiet or please talk in a lower voice please, gives the message to the child respect and an example of how to politely converse to someone. A child learns from what they hear and see. When they hear yelling ; then the child thinks that yelling is the way to communicate. The child that hears polite respectful words the child will be inclined to repeat the words and actions for which they hear and see.
5. Ways to reinforce the positive actions of your child, the one's you want to be repeated. For ex. a chart, a journal , tangible and untangible items that will motivate your child to be good, or to do a repeat of the desired actions.

summary of my last coaching session with Rhonda on 7/13/09
We discussed ways to develop a class format for the chiropractic business.
Main subjects discussed:
1. To be specific.
2. What are the classes going to be about?
3. What age group are going to be included?
4. Are they going to be special needs are children without special needs?
5. Are the classes going to be all parents or they could be a combination of parent and children groups.
6. How many people are going to be in the class.
7. What problems are going to be addressed in the classes?
8. How am I going to sell my life coaching to people?
9. Construct a problem or what I would like to learn or benefit from taking the class.
10. The content is important and comes 1st.
I might be getting closer with the previous entry abou my vision.
1. I would like to be able to encourage and support parents and children with having their ideal family life. Providing the tools and techniques to utilize for the strengthening of a connection/bond between parent and child. To have the outcome of a more harmonious family home life.
2. I would also like to be able to provide opportunities to the special needs individual to have 1 to 1 life coaching services. To provide classes training as needed for the individual to have the ideal life as outlined by the individual.
Classes and workshops can be devised and implemented as needed based upon need and the develpomental level of operating in the day to day life for that person.
