3.1 A descrption of what the company is all about.

3.2 Competitive comparisons, of self and 2 or 3 other competitors, name strengths and weaknesses, of what i can provide in comparison to others,/ location etc.

3.3 Sales strategy:

How to convince the grant institutions of give me a grant. A strategy to close the deal. Why should they choose to give me a grant. How to convince them to that they need me.

3.4 The technology plan:

how to apply payroll, marketing, advertiseng; acomputor, and assistant, what software package, etc.,

3.5 Future services:

The future dream plan: To have a building, with classrooms, to have additional life coaching staff, to have 100 clients, to have a network of support programs for parents, to have workshops as a learning experience for both parents but also the children involved, to have a facitity to enchance learning skills technology for the learning impaired, and to incooperate myself in the future as a therapist with a master's degree in rehab counseling. To have a life coahcing business and a counseling business for the individual who has challenges to overcome.

Have my name in the coach program. What I.C.A. Program, newwork system, and I.C.A. aluminist, etc.

Now the next step is to write all of these steps down.
